Registration for this event is applicable for entry into the event venue and exhibition areas only and does not guarantee a slot for the activities (workshops & conversation sessions) within the event space. You are required to register for the activities separately to avoid disappointment as there are limited slots available for each activity.
To ensure an optimal learning experience, we are limiting the number of attendees in each workshop. Hence, you are encouraged to sign up for the workshops at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment.
The exhibition is free-of-charge. However, the workshops and conversation sessions are chargeable. Please refer to the Activities section for more information.

There will be event photography and videography for our record purposes. These photos and videos may or may not be posted on our official site and social media accounts.
We cannot stop images of specific individuals being captured during the event by the official photographer or videographer, but we will endeavour to control the use of these images if you object to your image being used in any way that causes you loss or damage or otherwise infringes your rights.

Leica Camera Asia Pte Ltd will, on a case by case basis, use its reasonable efforts to comply with your request, but note that individuals must be identifiable to the event and that we are not obliged to remove images of an individual where he or she is not the main or a dominant feature of the image e.g. spotting your own face in an image of a mass run start would not entitle you to deletion.
